I can not get any reading on my ohmmeter when I turn the TPS. I have set the throttle stop gap and then try to adjust TPS, but the needle doesnt move at all on the ohmmeter. Please tell me what I'm missing...

I can't turn my timing down past 15 advance . I have checked to see if I was one tooth out, but was not . This is a new cam sensor I'm dealing with . Has anyone had this problem and how did you fix it ?
