Hood Latch with broke cable

Can anyone please tell me how to open the hood without the hood latch cable ???

when i bought my supra the cable was broken. after trying to take off the upper bumper and getting half of the latch bolts off, i ended up using a big effen pybar and ripping the latch out.

Can usually get to it by removing the intercooler and/or bumper

Damn, You'll have to try Poo's method, it'll help once you have access if you get a bud to push on the hood while you trip the latch with a thin screwdriver.
