this is the one i like best as far as looks but he says he rubs a bit on corners. how would i adjust his offsets to stop the slight rub he experienced and how will that affect the lip size...im not lowered now but probly will in the future and will go with the 1.0"front and 1.5"rear if that matters....

Is it OK for stock (no roll) fenders and Bilstein (JZA70 Turbo R) shock absorbers?

I got the wheels anyways with the tires. I'm going to be flaring the qpanels and fenders. My quarter panels are rusted so it already needs work. might as well flare them at the same time. Will be running 275/45 18 in the back and i forget the front i think 245. We'll see how it goes.

The rim sticks out about a inch from the fender. Looking at it the Fronts seems to stick out more than the back. It needs a bit of rolling at each end. I don't rub bad, but it is annoying. If I had 255s it probably wouldn't rub at all

oh and those 18 x 8.5 are for sissies

An inch? Are you confident that a Roll alone will make these fit? I am looking to get a wheel and tire set up similar to this for traction / performance / look.
Do you have any pics of the front from say straight on or over the fenders to see how much it sticks out both in front and rear? This is almost exactly what I was thinking of attempting so these pics or any info you can provide would be of great help. Thanks!

I have almost the same tire/wheel combo. My car is on eibachs/Tokico illuminas II with TEMS.

-I run a 275-35/18' in the back on 18x10 rims with 24 ET : Rolled rear fenders with a slight pull. ( 0 camber)
It rubs very little on hard bumps,and a little more when I have 2 more persons + a full gas tank. (gonna install some Tanabe sways soon)
-and 235-40/18' infront on 18x8.5 rims with 25 ET : Stock fenders ,no mods. ( 0 camber)
Fronts aren't rubbing. I could use a bigger tire like 245 or so.

For me the best offset for a 18x10 rim with a tire size 275' for the back without rubbing on stock
fenders will be a +35 ET. For a rolled fender will be a +26 ET ,and for a rolled+slighlty pulled fender a +22 ET and
all that with 0 camber. I use Dunlop SP9000 tires.

OK, Supra is in the shop and I went up there just to look at the car again. The rear is aggressively flush with the fender. The front does stick almost 3/4 and inch. The 265 tire has a slight stretch but also sticks out of the fender a little bit. Yes you (I) will need a good roll in the back for sure and a slight roll in the front. Sorry for no pics at the moment

The problem with my car is that it sits low in the back cause of worn shocks. I rubbed so bad that it was chewing the tire wall off so I had to get some springs spacers to raise it up some. And you're right about that offset of +35. I'm going to get them fenders rolled when I get it out the shop asap. I couldn't even go through a corner fast with out some rub. I just hate that noise

So what would be needed to make the 10" in the front fit nicely? IE what offset, camber, and roll fenders? Thanks again. This is really helpful, and right along the lines of where I want to go.

heres mine with my bbs wheels. i have yet to see any supra's with bbs's although im new here so i could be entirely wrong.

car needs lowering really badly.

either width/offset will fit but may rub with the tire sizes listed on hard bumps.... i was running 19x9.5 +23 235/35/19 & 19x10.5 265/30/19 and had a good 2mm of clearance from tire to fender and fenders were rolled and a slight pull ~6mm....

Hmm I take it no one has run a 10" wide tire up front without rubbing/extensive fender modification? I know I am asking the same question again, but I am quite curious.
