Ok here is a quicky. Looking at a stock Setup. What can I remove from the engine/electronics. I only wish to keep power windows/steering/locks. I basically only what what it takes to make the engine run. I'm trying to get the bay cleaned up and we don't have emissions in KY anymore so I deffinantly want all the emissions check stuff gone.

Good luck...the stock ECU uses all that "emissions stuff" (vac lines, sensors etc) to make the engine run. I foresee another "My engine runs like crap" thread in the near future.

basically but your n/a so whats the point(going by sig). you can relocate the charcoalk canister to behind the fender wells and reroute vacuum lines to where you cant see them. but unless you go standalone and there is no need for vauum lines and certain sensors there no point. might as well just save up for a turbo.

Have yet to Change my Sig. At this point i'm just looking to keep it a CLEAN stock Hardtop. However I do want the engine bay to be completely clean. I only want to see components that are absolutly neccessary. I know that in doing so takes form the stock idea. It's hard to explain. I'm just not looking to tune my N/A. So from a performance standpoint stock. And all of the body as well. I just want Less clutter under the hood. Does that make sense? lol

Honestly even if you do remove the parts that you can its not really going to make a difference when it comes to how clean the wiring is in the engine bay. Organizing them or even re-routing them would give you a better result without possibly biting you in the ass.

^ this plus theres alot of room behind the front wheels in the fender wells.

Was considering this for good tuck away spot for anything I could, if I couldn't get rid of stuff.

Even stand-alones require sensors.........

The ignition still requires wires, as do gauges, as do injectors.

If your engine bay looks like crap,
Cean it up, rewrap the harness if it's falling appart.

If you want an engine bay without wiring,
buy an old ford, run a POS holley,
and go slow.:nono:
