I need a new wastegate and I'm stuck between the 38mm and 44mm Tial's.

I'll be running a GT4088, BC 264 cams, and fuel system to support 600whp. I'm mostly concerned is the 38mm going to be too small? I don't want to creep and have to buy the 44mm in the end anyway.

The price difference is quite a bit, over $100 from most vendors. My manifold is flanged for a 44mm v-band, but even buying the 38mm WG and adapter would be much cheaper.

Any recommendations for wastegate's at this power level? Thanks.

I would go with the 44mm. It will flow enough no problem.

the 38 might be ok but it might also cause creep. So i would be safe and spend the extra money the first time around.

i have used both you will need the 44mm to control boost properly with pump gas and a turbo that size.
