I get my oil done at a shop here in conroe. And the owner is a toyota specialist. Well I know i hear a lot about it. But its 20w50... I know already. But he says because of the hot weather and the type of car I should use that weight.. I told him that if anything happens to my motor because of the weight of the oil and his professional suggestion he will pay for it. He agrees but i am looking forward to 10w40 or 30.

i had a guy tell me the same thing. he has a shop in houston near kirkwood and bissonnet and he too is a supra enthusiast. told me because of the age of the car and the weather of houston it is better to use the 20w50. i've been using it on my eclipse for the past 2 years and all is good except for the f*cked up valves because i decided to drive it will wrong timing.

the oil pressure has always been good during the winter. Its just a little harder to start. But other than that. I no longer have the supra anymore. I have decided to drop the money pit and go Good ol' American Muscle. I traded the piece of crap for a 1996 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 LT1. Nice being here. Maybe I'll get another supra later on down the road.
