well... i've just got to get her painted then reassembled the exhaust side
in order to bolt on my turbo/ss manifold etc i need my exhaust in place but i need some surgery in the rear end so my exhaust would be in the way, so paint first then reassemble

then omg... oil & water... and start

then the panic of start lol... i need 3 people looking to start my car LOL
1 - checking for oil and water leaks
2 - doing my tranny flush
3 - me tuning on startup as i have excessive fueling LOL

i can set fp before then but i have rx7 550cc that once cleaned & flowtested ended up being 620cc, i dunno how LOL... and the walbro with the fcon & gcc... so i really really don't wanna borewash on startup so i'm gonna tune quick! hehe with the help of my trusty zt2 of course

That's weird. I bought a set of SARD 540's, had them flowtested and they flowed 624 cc's. They were within one cc of each other but they were nowhere near 540cc's................:dunno:

yea it's very odd eh... mine were 79, 80, 82, 81, 81, 82 at 30psi for 30 seconds apparently that with their calculations = roundabout 620-630 can't remember now... but yea.. ALOT of extra fuel i need to counteract that i didn't expect lol

A couple of observations

The IC is crooked but more importantly is that where the Transcooler is going to live?

If so it's blocking a HUGE amount of the radiator I predict cooling issues.

well... it might help in my case then lol... i had issues with it being a bit too cool... was gonna step up the thermo cept next one was 15deg difference from memory, too much for me

so i thought i'd better update hehe

This is the last shot of my wheel well that has been painted with por15 to stop the rust going further


then i took to work taking it all back with a wire wheel & die grinder for the tricky bits




To which ended up...

These are the pins from the gas tank straps, they were hardcore scaled with rust, go Por15 Metal Ready!!!
