Thank you. I couldn't find a decent stock down pipe so i gave up and ordered 3 inch down with elbow attached, also a beech performance alternater drop down bracket on the way from drift motion. Car is pretty much finished as for getting it running, i had to buy a bosche blow off valve couldn't find the stock one. Everything is pretty much done, I had to order the drop down bracket because the block has a -12 fitting, couldn't make it work around the alternater, so i just ordered the bracket to save myself the headaches drilled out the stock valve cover and put a -12 on it as well. Car is coming along nicely just need the drop down bracket and downpipe to fire it up. I will post pics soon.

next up is to fill it with coolant, top off the oil, bleed the power steering, and time it properly as well.

here's some pics sorry for the delay. moved the line lock and screwed up the engine bay paint a bit =(
the car has about 1000km on the fresh rebuild, everything is working pretty good how ever i have to get a new drive shaft or get the current one re-balanced. I have a vibration/flex of the at the slip yoke joint when the car is going 60 km in 3rd and I push the clutch down let the rpm drop to 1000 and let go of the clutch I get a vibration / shutter

my plan is to get the vibration fixed work on the cooling system, like new rad/intercooler etc, suspension work, possibly installing a newer turbo. I would like to upgrade the rad before I go any further as well as do some suspension work.

And install this badboy

so my drop down bracket keeps shredding my belts =(

Same thing has been happening to me.... Did it when I had the lipp bracket and it does it now with my beech bracket. Can't figure it out.

yea looks like it's a tooth off I'm gonna take a straight edge to it and file down the spacers

I'm literally replacing the belt every 500km also it squeals when i start the car at first for a second.

Hey so the builds kinda on hold at the moment just got married and I need to find a new job.
My turbo is blowing a bit of blue after a hard boost just curious if anyone has tried just replacing the cartridge like this one

Congrats man!
I wouldn't recommend replacing any chra with an eBay one, you're asking for trouble.
Most of the turbos and turbo parts sold on eBay are Chinese made which are not very good quality.

Your best bet is sending your current turbo off to a reputable shop like theboostlab or driftmotion to get rebuilt

I have a driftmotion CT26 rebuilt kit kicking around some where. And I'm pretty sure I'm local to you (Maple Ridge).

BD Diesel Performance has a turbo shop in Abbotsford, they should be able to take care of it for you. Never taken a CT26 to them but I've heard nothing but good things about their work.

@Sheedy126: Thank you. I figured that they would be okay replacement until i get my borg warner, but screw it not worth risking the engine.

@Jimboscum: Hi im also in Maple Ridge, been looking for some local supra owners. I will give bd diesel a call soon and see if they will rebuild it if i bring the parts to them. Pm me you're price for the rebuild kit.

not sure about the lipp bracket, but the beech one isn't machined right. the belt ends up being out of alignment.
I ended up having a friend make a better bracket for me.

Okay so I had the car dyno'd today at 13psi the car is running way to lean 13.1 at wot and while revving up seeing 15-16. I'm running the lexus AFM with the stock 440's fuel pressure is 30psi. We still managed to do a run with knock detection it pulled 330hp/284 torque. I'm running dangerously lean didn't realize it because my I don't have a wide band sensor. They are recommending I install my 550's and see if it changes. What do you guys think I should do, btw i'm laying off the boost completely until this is solved.

Lex AFM and stock injectors will create a lean situation. You're tricking the ECU into thinking less air is coming in than reality. The Lex AFM MUST be paired with the 550's to get your fuel ratios even close to correct. That way you trick the ECU into thinking less air is coming in and into supplying more fuel than it thinks it needs.

The two need to balance each other out.

I managed to fix it I just bumped the fuel pressure up to 40 Psi now i'm boosting at 10.5-11.5ish. Idle was like 17.9 before now i'm at 14.7 and cruising at 14.7 as well I was at 30 Psi before.
