Ok, here's a range of them for ya, I personally like the last one best, carf. It suites the lighter color along the bottom of your car more than a darker color.

concur, carf looks the best imo

Paint them the same color as the lower part of your car. Can some one photo shop the rims with the same color as the lower part of the car?

Let me know when you want to swap rims, Or let me know if you keep them.

dark silver with polished lip its a way to go ;)

Suruko has a very excellent point here. Doing this combo does in my persoanl experience make the mag wheel appear to be bigger than in fact it actually is.

I did this to a set of MKII mag wheels once upon a time long ago for a friend and it was an unexpected effect of polishing the outside rim while making the interior dark gun metal grey.

They easily looked as if they were 17 or 18 rather than the 16 that they actually were.

Due to how small the wheels are in this image the effect may not be as fully apparent, but I gave it a shot anyways.

I picked OEM silver because I think it looks closer to the bottom color of paint. I don't think it'd look as good with darker rims than the silver on your car already. Plus (just my personal opinion) I think it'd look ricier the darker they were. Too many different tones solid tones of paint on one car. Looks kinda scattered and not as clean and sleek as if you just had the two colors and the rims matched or closely matched the silver paint on your car.

Mdr40z Ill most like get the wheels colour matched when the whole car gets repainted so it matches 100%. It sounds like a good idea id wanna see a photochop though.

Supra90turbo it seems OEM silver is in the lead. Here's what the Silver im going to be using looks like.

OEM silver is the only color to go. Just paint them the same color code as the bottom half of the car and it'll look perfect.
contrasting colors is ok as long as the car is a solid color. if you add a different color wheel, it'll make it look busy and it just wont go with the color scheme.

On another note, I vote to go with the wheels pictured!

I'd need to see chrome in real life but at the moment my money is still on the darker version of the OEM grey

Please whatever you do dont ever color code them to the same color as the bottom of your car, wheels should never be a lightl blue, it might look great on a car but its just plain wrong for a wheel IMHO

Started Prepping the wheels for paint today. I had to go down to the FedEx Depo because the driver in my area was to lazy to want to knock on my door. So instead states that i was never home which was a lie.

Anywho Pics.
