Looking to get a set of junkyard or craigslist wheels to have a drift set. What OEM wheels from other manufacturers look good and fit well on the MK3. Post up pics of the wheels and what car they are from if its not obvious. I searched and couldn't find a thread like this that focused on OEM wheels so I thought this thread may be useful to other hooligans.

Here is a link to wheel lug pattern list of all makes and models that are 5x4.5(114.3) if you see some wheels and want to know if they will fit.

2004+ Avalon rims are OK, but they're only 17x7 for the most part. Look into Toyota rims, most are 5x114.3, have the proper hub center diameter, and use the same lug nuts as the mk3. I used 2 for the rears on my car for a time just to get better width in a 17". Just my .02

all are 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm center bore.

given i want 17x9 al around, the best i can do so far is either buy mustang wheels or 2 rear sets of TT wheels in all their heavy glory :(

if your junkyard raiding, most late 80's early 90's import cars with 5 lugs will fit. rx7s, 300zx, talons, eclipse, starions, etc. but again most will be 16x7 rims, though you might find a aftermarket set of 17's or 18's.

from personal experiance the talon/eclipse/laser rims needed a spacer to clear the rotors.

If I was to put OEM wheels on my Supra for a long term basis, one of my options would be the NISMO-branded RAYS wheels, 18x9-inch front and 19x10-inch rear.

Beavercreek. 8 miles east of Dayton. Kinda just wanted to see what was popular and looked good on supra but I suppose most people go stock or aftermarket. And yes, staying toyota/lexus would make it easier.

Look for FD RX-7 rims, same bolt pattern, and they're stupidly light around 14 lbs each , compared to 23 lbs for sawblades...

Thanks for the tip off, ill definitely keep an I out for a set, that's so light.
