I picked up the Y pipe off a gy on supraforums, but you can find them on ebay, look up 1jz downpipe. I recommend sending it out to a machine shop to confirm true flatness.

The motor, as mentioned, came out of a sc300 we had done a swap on some time ago, had it in storage. It was machine to match the 2jzgte internal oil galley's except for the squirters.

Nice build,
Don't you think you'll have idle issue's:evil2:10psi@800rpm.lol
Edit; I mean't to say that a 3ltr engine with those twins might spool instantly at startup.
Anyhow can,t wait to see a vid.

Time for an Update. Methanol has been on the car for a Month, Glenn's tune is sick, but there is still a bit more that can be tuned out at the Dyno, April 17th.

Car got a cleaned up a bunch, repainted fender and bumper, seats in finally, also cleaned up a couple of other interior stuff. Had fun at the XDC show with Team Supra.

Last night my homie Justin desided to have fun with a small photo shoot.

Your car is gorgeous! The photography is skillful, and your class in taste with the understated yet charged statement made in presence with this car is great! I love it!

(The engine shot art is very nice!)

The interior is something I've yet to see in person in this color, and warm in an earth-tone way I've never realized existed with the MKIII... REALLY nice for a change!

I like the classic 5 spokes and the color is really sharp against the car. VERY much dig the NON-winged look in this color and stance. The embodiment of what these cars do most for me in the type of execution yours demonstrates.

...can you tell I like your car?:biglaugh:

Carry on!

The dyno day was a blast. First off thanks to my best friend, partner in crime and mad tuner Glenn Price (ILLICIT Performance) and Bottle Blown racing for the use of the dyno.

Got to see what my engine was capable of and it definately exceeded my expectations. Description on the motor. Builts 3.0 2jzge motor, balanced and blue printed crank, spec bearing, ARP hardware, ARIAS 8.9:1 pistons (0.5 mm over), machine OEM 2jzgte oil crossoever and gallies. 1jz head port and polished, 3 angle valve job, new oem valve seals, Crower springs, retainers and 264 cams, ported combustion chamber, AEM cam gears. the brain is a Haltech E11V2 with GM D585 ignition coils and custom Magnacor wire, custom oil cooler, Driftmotion intercooler and custom piping.

This is my daily driver and I am running 91 octane with 100% methanol injection kit from Alky Control (progessive pump)

Here are the dyno plots and the datalog, mainly for proof that we were only running 13.2 psi and showing the intake temp drop from 92.4 F to 79.9 F within 14 seconds and at full load on a DYNO...methanol is incredible!

This is a comparison of my first "clean" run (5th run on the dyno after we leaned out the 10:1 AFR first overall run was 320 ish torque and 305 ish hp), and the final result. Keep in mind this is on stock 1JZ twins which is why the torque curve comes on early and falls off. With a single, the engine will be uncorked and will be freaking nuts.

The crazy part...we ran the Supra 8 or so times in a row, letting the engine idle between runs. And it never lost power. Absolutely amazing. Usually the dyno owners will have us take a break every 3 runs or so to let the car cool down. Miguel's coolant temps never got past 195 degrees and the air temps were in the 70s after each run.

Here's some more technical data if...duty cycle was near 60% max, timing advance under boost was roughly 20 degrees @ 13 psi, more timing didn't give much gains so we dialed it back...9.5:1 doesn't need lots of timing.
