not sure on this supra but the bullseye series are the tits on our cobalts. on our 2 liter cobalts, the the s252et (make sure if you get one you get the et version) they spool up at 3500rpm and put down 455whp on fuel. the 256et spools up at 3700-3800 and puts down 530whp on fuel (these are on...
ok thanks for the info, hopefully the ported head will knock 200-300rpm off the spool time cause from what you say there's really nothing that can be done to the turbo itself.
thanks again
it's been a long time since i've been on here (and sold the supra) but I have a question since there are alot of really knowledgeable guys on here with turbos.
I am in the process of converting my supercharged cobalt ss to a GT3071R turbo system. The turbo has about 10k miles on it and...
don't use the m62, i run one of those on my 2.0 cobalt. there are massive tuning issues with the twincharge kits on the cobalt's with those. get rid of that an get an m90 off of a gtp. the m62 will simply not have the volume needed for a 3.0 motor.
i know they said it is for up to 4L...
just got off the phone with a company that did some porting/rebuild work on one of my superchargers and they said they would do it for $15 each, including a flowchart with a 1 day turn around time :D
anyone know of a good shop to service a set of fuel injectors? the ones on my bike are jacked and i know some of the guys on here i've talked to have had the ones on their car done. i don't need a flowchart, just need a recommended company by you guys. thanks
why are you thinking between an duc and a suzuki?
it's simple:
if you think that doing a wheelie past every person on the highway makes you cool, or wearing sandals, tank top and ball cap are a valid substitute for leathers, get a suzuki
if you want 3/4 of the rpm range to be usable power...
thanks for the info, i never heard of anything like it being done before so i didn't know. i'll probably just polish off all the letters, get it coated then get a fake metal tag stamped and mounted on it
does anyone know if it's possible to get letters casted onto a compressor housing? i have no idea where to even look for some work like that to be done. i want to take the big housing and get it back with toyota ct-26. granted if anyone actually knows about the oem ones they'll know it's too...
