    Haha. When I adjusted the TPS is got better but it would only get so much better before I was not ever reaching the idle switch and getting the TPS code.

    New AFM with new wires. That is what is confusing about my car. I half expect that my ECU is just bad. I have rewired so much in the car to still get issues with brand new sensors.

    It reaches 10psi then slowly goes down with rpm increase and if I put in fifth at 2500-3000 it will hold 10psi. If I had a boost leak wouldn't it leak out before 10psi? and the wastegate is internal and still very tight and strong.

    I just rechecked my codes and I did come up with a AFM code. However it runs fine and the afm works well. I don't have any lean spots or over rich spots. I also have tested the AFM for spec resistances. Everything checks out. Maybe the afm just can't read that low or is somehow malfunctioning?

    Preload arm. I am currently tight on funds. I know it is not an official way. I was just using it to make the turbo spool faster. I really hasn't affected the pressure much. I plan on getting a boost controller later.

    I have driving manuals for years. I can't stand autos. This is also happens when I've been in gear and not just when shifting. However that is good advice. I will check my wires first. Then I'll get money for new injectors if not that. I probably need them anyway.

    Lowered the fuel pressure by 3psi and it completely stopped. The A/F ratio is still perfect and the acceleration even smoothed out a little. Problem solved.

    When I upped the boost on my 88 turbo I started hearing a solid ding very very similar to the "key in ignition, door open" alarm. It comes on when the boost gauge reads about 7 or higher and stops when I let out. Only does it when I pass 7 lbs of boost. Do the mk3's have a warning alarm?
