Stock, I also had this problem on my own supra but was too lazy to fix it! But since it's on someones car that I worked on I feel like I must fix it. A soft line would make installation sooo much easier!

Remove the clutch fork and you wont have to remove the flywheel!

Did you replace the torque converter? Also does the converter have fluid?

Aren't the radiators different for autos and manuals! Most auto cars have trans coolers built into their radiators!

Is priming the turbo the same as the motor? Do I just take out the fuel pump relay and crank for a few mins? Thanks for that reply, I forgot about priming!
