I just acquired an 87 Supra Turbo with 109,000 miles. She's a little rough on looks with the usual rust in the tire well. Since I am changing the valve cover gaskets and removing the 3rd Valve Cover, should I re torque the cylinder head bolts? Can I torque them to 70ft lbs with stock bolts?
