Glad you liked it. :icon_razz It has been a thought before. Whoever did the door part added to the whole kit as it os all in line. I tried taking the door skin off but it had to much gap at the body behind the door. Doesnt look so bad once the front bumper and wing are off.

I am so confused. Are you putting the threaded insert in? You have to tap the hole bigger then install the insert then install your stud.

The booster itself woudnt cause the brakes to lock. However I have seen the actuator rods cause stcking LF calipers. Have also seen the rubber lines be a cause for sticking calipers.

If the engine is in as bad of shape as you describe then I would get another engine coming. The downside is you need to be prepared to rebuild it as you dont know what you are getting. I have seen a few of the stock plastic pipe that comes through the fender split at the seam. Seems kind of common to me now.

As long as the nose of your car isnt facing facing down a steep hill, the radiator cap works very well.

See that big allen headed plug? Sometimes oil will leak right past those threads. Pull them and reseal them with teflon tape.
