Nope. The gauges use bulbs (sizes 194 and 72??), the accessory switches and hazard switch use a combination of bulbs and LEDs, The ignition key light uses a bulb and the driver's side door key ring uses a 12v LED. Is it plugged in?

These are electric right? Are the readings inaccurate when the car is completely shut down (not returning to the bottom) or when the car is powered? You may want to check your wiring (compare the gauges 12v to the alt and the ground to the block).

They're T1 (3mm) LEDs. Kragen and Auto Zone won't have them. They're straight LEDs which you'll need to solder in. The display is a little more involved... try searching "climate control display".

The cheapest route would be to hit a salvage yard and grab a stocker... $5-$10. Second cheapest would be making your own, AFM adapter and a Civic intake with filter.... $40 - $70

How about starting with fixing anything that's broken or worn, making sure your tires are at the right pressure, removing intake and exhaust restrictions, bump the timing, run a grade of fuel that actually fits your needs.
