Did you swap the speedo gear each time or not? Sure, the speedo will move if you put a R154 in a N/A and leave the N/A diff.... but the speedo and odometer will be off by about 10%. The problem is that you can't use the W58's speedo drive gear in the R154 to make it right either.

No it won't (or at least shouldn't) fit. The N/A's speedo drive gear is a larger diameter then the R154's. You may be able to force it in and it may work for a little while, but I wouldn't expect to handle the stress for long. On a side note (just incase someone searches for this info) the...

With an LSD and studs in the rear I haven't had one problem here in CO. When the blizzard hit my car was down until I could get my studs put on, after that not a single problem the rest of the winter.

All O2 sensors have a limited lifespan. You can test them (IIRC the details are in the TSRM), but I haven't worked on a MKIII that still had a good one.
