Disconnected hazard switch only interrupts the turn signals.

The distributor only controls where the spark goes... The distributor gets it's spark from the coil which gets it's signal from the ignitor. The ignitor is controlled by the ECU. This isn't a magneto on a lawnmower engine. The CPS is built into the distributor.

You're being presumptuous that there's anything even wrong with it. Most of these radiators that I've seen with issues usually only need a professional flush and new seals for the end tanks... MUCH cheaper than a new rad. It depends on how the car is going to be driven and who's doing the work...

Swap the harnesses and the electronics that need to be swapped with it? If you keep the 91 injectors in the car bypass the injector resistor block. Seems obvious enough to me... am I missing something?

It's most likely the dimmer. You can bypass it temporarily by jumping the white wire with the green stripe to the white wire with the black stripe on the dimmer's plug. If the cluster doesn't light up after that then the problem isn't the dimmer.

Why the hell would you do that when GM weather proof connectors are easy to come by and dirt cheap. If the CPS doesn't have a pigtail add one and put new connectors on both the CPS and harness. The car looks GREAT.
