Screwed up rewire... you jumped the brake and the tail wiring. If you turn on the head lights do the brake lights turn on?

I'm confused.... not too hard to accomplish today... ;) So, are you saying the lights at the rear of the car DO light up when you press the brake pedal? Are you expecting the brake light on the dash to light up or something? The dash brake indicator only indicates a problem with the brake...

I agree completely! For me the wonderful support of people including jdub, jetjock, ij., drjonez, turbobob and so on are the only reason I still own this car... or at least the only reason I still care about it. I was surprised when I came back and saw the thumbs.... WTF? Bad idea IMO.
