placed the order for the samco engine hoses. Once those come in the motors going back in and I can start focusing on getting the interior finished and the car ready to get back on the streets. :D

no, sorry, dont have them on my car yet. Refreshing the whole motor befor dropping it in. I'll let you know later. They should be good tho. Hose techniques makes a wide assortment of kits so they should be good.

Ok... Got new spark plug wires for my coil pack. There are no numbers on the coils but the caps for the spark plug wires have dots on them. 1 and 6 both have 1 dot (so i think it goes on the first coil pack from left to right) 3 and 4 have two and 2 and 5 have 3. I was looking at the TSRM tho...

well till this thread got to where it is now, i was thinking of using the zipties that Hose Techniques provided me with my MK3 Vacuum Hose Kit. Color matched zip ties and all. Figured if they provide them with their kit, that it should be acceptable for use on the car.

got the bov, flange, intercooler piping, radiator hoses, and greddy timing belt. re-torqued head to 80ft lbs.

dealer as in samco or toyota? if toyota, you happen to have part numbers? i wrapped my stock turbo manifold. sure, i wasn't able to cover EVERYTHING but im thinking it'll make a difference. That and the exhaust housing on my 60-1 CT26.

you speak of the oem ones that go on the radiator hoses? you know, got those two ends together and it opens the clamp so you can move the hose? I hope so, have those on my radiator hoses. And yeah, i had forgotten that samco states you can get their hose clamps for the kits too.
