Well it didn't take you long to start tearing this thing appart. The leak in the hatch is most likely the gaskets around the tail lights. Goodluck with your build.

Well that is frustrating. I suppose it just not a piece people order commonly but you would think a vendor would realize and be up front about it from the beginning.

Wish I knew. I've got an 87 NA and the same plug isn't attached. Everything works and runs on my car though (except the interior dome light and the passenger side door lock button). What does the car turn over? Have you checked all the fuses?

I haven't look into it to much. From what I read it should be slightly better because the turbo afm is less restrictive and a little larger.

Difference being, I plan on running NA with the GTE electronics. AEM would be sweet. GL with the rest of the build.

Thats the plan but i'm thinking of running the 7M-GTE electronics. That way it is easier to go turbo.
