Picard says... "The line must be drawn HERE"

Its bad to shave pistons unless you buy the ones with the unfinished domes, although I do believe that was already stated earlier in this thread.
So now that things are cleared up, whoever says lets shave a piston...
Good thread, my turn.
Born in Jefferson City, MO... raised in Monroe, MI
Didn't know how to change a tire until I got to shop class at age 15
Got my license at 16 and bought my first car for a dollar (Plymouth Breeze.. needed plug wires, no joke)
I worked at a liquor store in Monroe, I...
Want to get rid of that SAFC? I would like one... but back on topic, in order to tune you gotta have a good understanding of all the electronics on your vehicle for one thing, and then you gotta know what each device does, and how it operates. Once you get a good grasp on that, you can figure...
Amazing story, that guy sounds sick in the head, there are better ways to resolve issues like that. You are right though, if it hadn't been for your Supra, you would have been toast in just about any other vehicle (unless you can drive around a monester truck, that would have surely took care...
You can tune the VVTi - they make controllers for it! It isn't bad at all for a sports car. Durrrrrr. I think that some people miss the point of VVTi, its as simple as this, a more efficient engine. So try to look at it as a great feature - because it really is, you can install a controller...
Now if you make something with all of the above - I will gladly buy one even with a sticker price of $100 - Gosh for an intake that isn't all ghetto rigged - I would probably go even a little higher than $100
I have seen several people fit kits from different vehicles onto their N/A's - but...
That bike is sick. I would love to have a crotch rocket, no preference as to what I want, but that one there, is the ideal bike. Be careful, 160 I am sure is an adrenaline rush, but also spells out death in the event of a crash.
Purple FTW, just go here http://www.ppgcarpaint.com/colorcharts.php
Then simply browse through there a bit. I found one thats almost similar in the 96 model paint codes from Toyota... so just have a look around.
Oh... I would just like to add in - I don't really bash on the people driving the cars - I just sorta question why anyone would pay more for a car than what its really worth - that goes for any car. I can see paying a dealer some money - they have to make money in a car deal, and I can see...
I'm not jealous - I just have a major thing against Chrysler, and Dodge. Sure with enough money, they can be fast, and they are quick little cars, its the horsepower to weight ratio...
Just a neon on crack is all that car is, they really aren't dependable engines. Chrysler hasn't done very many things right as far as mechanical designs go. They sell looks, nothing else. They have proven to be able to sell cars to people before ever taking a test drive... I am talking about...
