    if only replacing with a stock hg i would scrape the block clean and make sure its straight. throw some tranny fluid on top the pistons and a little on the ring and let it soak to clean them off.

    make sure not to skip the adhesive part or they will be flying off on you.(happened to me before)

    O boy, I feel some bashing coming on.

    remove the 4 nuts holding it on, take the fan and clutch off, replace the studs with bolts and watch the temp rise to "H" and wonder why you have a bhg.

    yes all cars come with a air filter. so you should get one.

    check for codes..the ecu stores codes that sometimes don't light up.

    my nova is like that and its a pain to fill gas. the license plate springs are new and super stiff and you have to hold the pump there.

    t belts usually go to there own spot not to where you set it. if its not rubbing or falling off its fine.
