a 60-1 does not provide you with that much more hp than what a 57 will do. and it does not last even lose to as long as a 57. there are vendors who used to sell the 60-1 but stopped because of its unreliability. if you max it out sure you will get above 400 but for how long? any upgraded ct...
no ct will get you to 450. 400 yes but maxing it out which is not a good thing. maybe look into the sp61 bolt on turbo. will get you there easy and then some and will mate to the ct exhaust.
every thing else looks pretty good but i would add a afpr and a wideband.
you could just use a n/a block if your really in need as the early gte blocks & turbo a cars didnt have squirters and thats really the only major difference.
if its that piece iirc is comes with the tb. maybe go to the junkyards and get one for like 10bux.
or go to the yards and pull the tb apart and pocket it.
no compressor surge is good for the turbo. if the turbo flutters you have surge and thats not good as the air is going backwards. even on autos the bov still opens. for less time yes but then it also keeps the boost during shifts.
