As long as it didnt crease you should be able to put some dry ice on it and pop it out. You could use something like a big rubber mallet to push on it or get a suction cup from harbor frieght for like 5 bucks.
Ignter plugs are the same just the later ones had gray plugs.
Starter plugs are the same.
Newer starters (i think 90+) have the threaded holes so only bolt is needed

You get the seal from the out side. I would get one from Toyota, there only around 10.
No the ge ecu is programmed for a different air flow system. A turbo ecu will dump way to much fuel and not have the right fuel/ign maps. 440's are to big for the ge.
Yeah you could. Go in the torquing order and crack each one loose and then go to 72.
Get some starting fluid spray and spray it around the intake gaskets and hoses with the engine idling and if the rpms change at all thats where the leak is.
Did you ground 1 side of the shielding on the knock sensor wiring?
Are your knock sensors good?
Your belts could be old and cracked or...
