I wouldnt. Thats usually about the point where you replace it. Something gave or the block wasnt machined right or even at all.

Naw the short shaft is like 20 bucks. As long as the long one is still good no reason to replace it. More work than whats needed.

Could be but youd most likely have some noice to. All you have to do is grab the wheel at 12 and 6 and push in and out. IF there is no play its fine. Id sand the pads down a tad to get a fresh surface with new/machined rotors.

67 ct will blow up fast. IF you never boost the 60 trim will last forever. No one can say it will last x amount of time.

Yes during braking. Pulsation depends on how bad the runout is. Id also check for play in the wheel bearings while your there.

Runout needs to be measure not looked at. Running aftermarket pads with stock rotors is fine and actually is better. Drilled and sloted rotors are a waste. Prolly the front since they do most of the work. Can always take them off and have them turned for either free or cheap at some local...

Neither. Those are the ecu grounds and the get bolted to the intake manifold. There should be a black with blue stripe wire that goes to the starter with a brown connector and a big wire that goes to it directly from the battery.
