Any cheap efan usually is not even close to be half way up to the job of cooling the 7m. Most fal fans arent up to the job. You may gain the 1hp but you will lose with the alternator load that efans put on it. Long story short for the 20-200 you spend on efans and a better alternator you...

Can also take your old gte fan clutch and replace the fluid in it. Much cheaper than buying a new clutch.

What was the problem?

The tach only becomes a problem if your car is a n/a car. Can change the resistor, get a tach adapter, or switch to a turbo tach. Easy fix.

What do you use for the paint?

Got to be a big intake leak. Car will still start and rev with booster vac unplugged.
