best bet with a bigger turbo is send in your stocker and get a core charge back and get a rebuilt 60-1 trim.

targas are nice, but cheap ones leak and new seals will be costly. I actually enjoy having the hardtop, also makes the chassis much lighter! But goodluck, if I were you I'd put the tranny in and then save for a 1jz swap from 7mge.

I know this is outa place, but where did you get that carbon fibre headlight intake? I got a carbon fibre hood and would live to get my headlights to match like that! and nice bay btw!

goodluck, thats a clean car, dirt shows on white really easily. Sucks about what your pops pulled on you, that'd be an assault charge for me.

wow wish I had the patience you did, nice build. Goodluck on the bottom end rebuild, you'll be making huge HP numbers after. Anything you'll throw at that 7m afterwards it'll take.

if I were you I'd put that off, automatic to standard is hefty. I was gunan do it back in the day to my 87 targa turbo but I ended up getting a 1jz 5 speed twin turbo R for what I would of had into the car and it's twice as nice. The only thing I miss is my targa top for summer, but no leaks in...

Looking good, has me impatient for winter so I can pull my 1jz and start bolting on new parts. I'm especially excited for new cams, I heard up to 40hp gains from them alone.

t70 has this thread, that's the sickest mk3 I've ever seen. The only place I've seen that body kit is on forza racing, the video game.

For sure, my interior needs a re-do though, but having momo and recaro in your car from factory is pretty sweet. That's why I want to keep the car with twins when I upgrade my turbo's edventually.

Nice find, thats a clean supra. Although your right about the aftermarket headlights, if it had a newer bumper with round holes for the new foglights it woudn't look bad but stock it looks ricey.

not bad, I've seen a few 1G's here in Alberta. I think importers bring them in because their much cheaper and they sell for just as much as any other supra here. Although they seem real under-powered for a supra powerhouse lol

Looks like a good start, my first mk3 was a burgandy 87 with a blown motor, bought a white '88 with a 7mgte and a rusted out body and swapped it out. Sadly was a automatic so I always wanted to do a swap but it was cheaper for me to sell it and look for something else.
