ok now more specifics on how the third valve cover is mounted-first, the valve cover is 3 &1/16" wide all the way down. This gets the cover to rest on top of the tapered edge of the factory NA valve covers, but it will not fall through(basically the NA valve covers are holding the 3rd valve...
heres a pic of the general mock up of the third valve cover. To mount it, i got another 14mm plug that goes in the center valley with the threads in it, and replaced the front one. Then I just put 2 bolts in it to secure it.
The Fuel Rail....one thing with powdercoating-make sure they just mask off the areas where you dont want paint. Do not let them use plugs-powder still seeps past the plugs creating lots of work to take it out.
NA valve covers and 3rd valve cover I made in the powder coating color. didnt want to do polished(too much work to keep looking good), chrome was ridiculously expensive, so I went with this-just maintain with a quick wipe down.
