Yup, the Lex AFM that everyone likes to use is from the V8 equipped, 400 series. I suspect you just had some bad luck.

Well, I hooked up the Pro's Aux In #2 to the THW line. The MAFT Pro and ECU do not get along at start up... while cranking the MAFT Pro lost power (it's wired to power from both Acc and Ign and they're isolated with diodes, so this shouldn't have happened) and the car had a rough time cranking...

I know about TP5, I'm working with your files (and reworking them as needed) and not using it for anything critical. The higher resolution thing was just for something I want to monitor later on. I'll post back after i have a to wire up and make a log.

It doesn't.... the sound is of the cylinders still releasing compressed air... the sound is different though. Just because there's no fuel doesn't mean the valves stay open and the engine stops compressing air.
