4082 with the .68 a/r Should be good for 450 to 475 with cams with great spool. It is also $400 cheaper than the 35R.

One good thing about the 1J once the swap is done is that you can get an entire long block for $800. I wouldn't even bother pulling it apart.

So how much is this costing you from start to finish. Don't count the turbo, manifold, intercooler, etc as that price is the same regardless of the swap.

To answer your question "Is there a BHG Section". The answer is yes, and it is generally found in the 7M section of all Supra websites and MKIII forums :)
