    Holset turbo on 1jz?

You are a low budget setup. You are running a ceramic coated Chinese manifold. Until you start running HKS, Blitz, Greddy, Virtual Works, or other such brands, you are on a budget setup. Yeah, yeah, I read your other threads on the welds and how much better Rudy's supplier is, but it is still...

    Question on A/C condenser fan

My 89 has two electric fans. When I do the swap, I am assuming the hydro fan pulls enough air to compensate for not having the electric fans.

Good stuff.... I will divert that money elsewhere. I will probably get a relo kit though.

    Oil Cooler Needed?

Anyone running a oil temp guage on their 1J? Just curious how well the stock setup cools or whether an oil cooler is worth the investment. Dont mind spending the extra, but only if there is a noticeable improvement.

Hydro ECU Wiring Question **Need Help**

Does the hydro fan ECU plug directly into the main harness or is there a jumper plug between the ECU and main harness? If there is a jumper plug, does anyone have one :1zhelp:

    Stripping the engine bay!!!

You can drill a hole below the speedo cable or notch the speedo hole and fit the harness in without extention. I am planning to go this route when I do my swap in a couple of weeks. Do a search on it, it is covered on another thread.

    World's Fastest Grand-pa car!

It's not a sleeper with a big intercooler on it. Its just a unattractive 80's four door sedan that is crazy fast. I could see doing a lexus 300 series sedan with the 2J like the aristo. 10 sec in anything is still impressive though....
