    No answers but reading on SF, it appears that a 61mm will start to max 550s on a 2J at around 20 psi. I will take it that I need bigger injectors.

    That is what I was thinking. I had him remove everything from the motor so it would be lighter and so I could lay it on its side on the exhaust studs in the van.

    1.5 is a good middle ground. More torque for around town driving and the head should not be an issue for the 500-600 hp range. That is plenty fast on a street car. How much wheel spin do you need to pimp in an MKIII :rofl:
