Not being a dick but we're RHD here and I can't imagine wanting a LHD as a road car it'd be awkward.
Not to mention to convert one properly is a HUGE job.

3540 denotes a GT40 compressor and wheel
3582 denotes an 82mm compressor wheel (GT40 wheel) it just depends who you buy it from to how it's labelled!

Yep but ya don't need to weld em as you'll bolt through both at the crank and the convertor.
I made a flywheel this way for my Toyota 4V V8 and bolted a piece of 1/2" to it as a friction surface.
