Allan: Another factor to consider is Turbo motors have the reg referenced to boost and flow decreases above a certain fuel pressure so a 225l/min pump may not actually flow that on a turbo motor.

Depends on how cheap you can buy it back but it doesn't look terminal at all!
(Insurance will probably write it off as parts are so expensive but that's for all new bits and if you find a doner it shouldn't cost much and then you have what's left from the payout for mods)
Something I'm using to good effect is the Moroso 3 QT Accumulator.
It plumbs into the oil system and charges on engine startup and holds 3 qt's in reserve in case there is an interruption to the oil supply.
If there is it pumps this oil into the main oil gallery and adds insurance against...

Sort of interesting fact the new head casting I got #16 has the same size divider as the old head I have here #6 but the intake divider is almost non existant!
Just looking at my Garrett catalouge and the 42 has a 4" Compressor outlet!
That's gonna make IC piping messy/difficult!
The Disco Potato @ 15 PSI is only flowing 28 lbs/min.
