To add to Quick's post: Resizing 1 rod out of 6 is bad mmmkay! When they resize they take a small amount of material off the parting surface of the rod then machine the big end hold back to round and the correct size. This has the effect of changing the centre to centre length of the rod...

Gravel Rash on the face is a VERY different thing Shags ;) If you peel a lip off it's NOT going to grow back properly and you won't be pretty! I raced motocross for quite a few years when I was a kid and spent a HUGE amount of time on dirt so have seen some really ugly injuries...

Joel: I don't think ANYONE here is saying it's a good idea just that it can be done! I run a Water to Air IC and wouldn't mount it like that as heat rises so you'd be fighting heatsoack at low speeds.
