There is a spherical bearing in the Rear Hub that bolts to the long arm that runs across the car.
Mine are both shagged and I have replacements sitting here from Toyota.
At first glance with the car jacked up it appears like worn wheel bearings.
Even if a fairly large bit went in all that would happen is it might get stuck under a valve and cause a compression leak in that cylinder and it would idle really badly.
Something else has let go to be making that sort of noise :(.

Only thing I'd like to see addressed is when you increase spring rate you need to match the damping rate to the new spring rate.
Adjustables only have a certain range they can cope with before you need a heavier shock oil.

Might be an idea to flop a mold off your completed case then make new fibreglass replacements instead of the guys modding theirs!
I compared my WB02 to my tuners Motec WB02 and when the sensor was new/unfouled it was very close.
As time goes by and it dirties up it's just a gimmick, for awhile there is was reading 14.6 no matter what I did so I ended up pulling it out and flamming it with the Oxy Torch.
