    Probably find the IC is half full of oil from the old motor. Pull it off block one pipe and pour some gas in cover the other pipe and give it a shake then drain repeat a few times till the gas comes out clean. It can't help idle... bigger danger is you give it a boot into boost and it...

    24mm socket <check fill plug can be undone> edit ;) (If stuck skip the next 2 steps when fixed start again) Undo drain plug with a bucket or drain pan ready to catch the old Oil Once drained replace drain plug Swear at stuck fill plug then remove Fill until oil reaches the bottom...

    The internal marks are usually from whoever forged the blanks. Could be either material ID's or batch numbers.

    It's 1/8 BSP (British Pipe Thread) there is a 1 TPI difference between the 2 and a degree change on the taper so they're NOT interchangable. I'd drill it out some more and see if you can get a better bite with the extractors (as the wall gets thinner it may relax enough to come out) Lots...

    The 2.5" must be enough of a restriction to limit it to 10 psi! (lucky that it is as no WG= big bang really quickly)
