Haven't tried the Autolites but a lot of the guys here use em!
I had a high speed miss on the dyno with the IR's and wanted to test my theory so we pulled em and swapped in the Coppers to keep it an apples to apples comparison.
The Undertray is a VERY important part of our cooling system.
There are 3 bolts securing it just below and behind the radiator and if even these are missing I see +10c temps at highway speeds.
Toyota should still have them in stock.
I was getting blowout after 16 psi dropped the gaps and it was fine at 20 until I did a few sustained high speed pulls and it developed a high speed miss I think was the fine tip glow plugging.
Not to be a knob or anything but none of the 3 cars in question actually run yet ;)!
Next trick will be getting them all to run at the same time with no excuses!
Pull a plug and put the probes in there then crank the motor, we're looking for voltage at the Injector as if you have fuel at the rail the injector is the last place it could stop before it gets into the motor!
Sorry was eating ;)!
Grab a MM set it to DC Volts put a probe into each of the 2 wires for the Injector and see if you get voltage there!
You should be able to sit the MM so you can do this on your own!
(A test light would work as well)
Start by doing a visual on the lines and make sure none have been crimped shut.
Someone here had badly blocked lines recently so that would be the next thing I'd check.
Totally unrelated
Most motors have some as all have end gaps in the rings.
How much is normal.... don't really know how to answer that.
I'm sure there will be a specification for that somewhere.
