BBK's also offer greater leverage from larger diameter discs, the mass is there but the main point is the leverage or mechanical advantage.
I also don't quite get the extra angle, the wheels are at the same start position how does it add travel to the rack?
Did you put the bulbs in the right way? ive seen backwards bulbs back feed power to the parking light circuit witch would be dash and parking lights front and rear.
Scotch bright should do the trick. If it's at the top edge you could run like a flat head at an angle around the top where the burr is and flatten/scrape it off carefuly.
Non interference motor stock, unless alot off mill work and a thin head gasket shouldn't be a problem.
Ive seen the valve spring compressor nick the top of the bucket bore and cause a slight dragging issue you described. look into the bore with a flashlight for anything that isn't smooth.
First of all buy a boost gauge. Second of all do research, Nothing solves problems like knowledge. Third fuel cut isnt a problem its a safety, without it there would be many more blown engines laying around. Forth, a complete modification list would really be helpful.
Why did you remove ABS in the first place?
I could be wrong but i believe ABS solenoids release pressure from the line then reapply the same pressure. I don't believe they have the ability to close off a line as a line lock solenoid would. They release and reapply, thats how the system...
And if the pins from the Toyota connector dont fit the new connector then what? Cutting off the plug and properly crimping new/correct pins onto the newly fresh exposed wires would be hacking up a harness? :nono:
I ask because the sender has the plug molded into it, curious how you changed...
Ignition timing has to be tuned on a dyno, if you try to street tune, or rule of thumb tune ignition theres a very good possibility you will damage your engine.
