    JaV: Comes down to dish volume, 8.5:1's are a 19cc dish from memory! Kyle: LOL that's straight out of the old motor and left sitting in the workshop for a year without cleaning ;)!

    If you're leaving the Bypass cooler installed you'd need to shim both.

    Couple of things could be the cause Imperial size Plug If the mechanic "tapped it in with a lot of little strikes instead of 2>3 big ones" This can slowly compress the plug as it goes in removing the crush fit it's meant to have. I use a socket 1 mm smaller than the ID of the plug...

    B2: Unless you either roll beads into the sheets or use antidrum mat it's going to resonate like a bitch :( Either way I think you'll be surprised at how much weight you end up adding!
