k well the car I just bought, the speedo doesnt work I was just wondering if its the connection or the cluster itself because the boost etc.the motor was rebuilt could the be a cause?
Sorry even edited it still doesn't make sense......
CS: If it's like here when the part has never been sold it doesn't get into the system and they need to check the Japan Toyota Listings.
This happens on 9 parts out of 10 that I order here.
Dow: Mine feels a little "loose" but it has SSV so the faster the deflection is the harder it gets.
My mounts were 75% torn through and it was the only thing keeping the left mount from tearing through at 500+ rwhp.
I had to mod mine a bit to clear the Group A pan but it just meant...
Changing from W2A/2.5" pipes to 24x12x4" thick A2A/3" pipes dropped my spool 1>200 rpm without the EBC and 300 rpm with it.
Gilsdorf: How do you figure MORE pressure drop with the larger core? :wtf:
Limiting factor will be the turbo.
If it can't pump enough air at reasonable temps power will drop off rapidly this is of course assuming the rest of the combination is up to the task.
Greg: This is why I shoot for 40+ psi at idle I don't like the idea of not much lubrication without the stock Rod holes ;)
The Group A pan has a not too bad windage tray in it so splash is minimal.
I'd get an accurate measurement off the Crank Snout before spending a Cent on trying to repair the Keyway as the waer a bit while the pully is wobbling around and will lose the press fit required to make it spin true/lock it to the snout.
End result of this is 6 months down the track it'll do...
