    Think Motorcycle transmission, tend to be a bit noisy for a road car and the weight of the car makes correct shifting technique important as Matt noted.

    There is a stiff spring and a light spring from memory someone may have had the box apart and installed them wrong. <edit> I remembered wrong the EPC shows the same parts both sides (33280)

    You crank the motor it turns the pump the pump supplies Oil to the turbos.

    All depends on the amount of material removed and as 7M's are so prone to head issues it's always a good idea to measure the head in case it's been surfaced before.

    Sidenote: I got really sick after welding in my new rear floor inside the hatch as I used Gal Sheet and didn't have any new filters for my mask :(
