TC: Block doesn't look too bad at all but needs to be spotlessly clean before it can be used (Assuming it's flat/true when checked with a straightedge) Cams look like there's been a lube issue with a few of the lobes bluish?

Mine has played up on and off for years I recently bought some new taillight seals installed em and a few days later it came back on..... Went and ordered a new box and a few days later a friend asked if I knew I had a stoplight out.... DOH

Kawk: I use Diamond paste as it's much faster than Carbide. Lapping is only a finishing process and I wouldn't bother doing a used block as they're rarely flat/true. Ric: Only by Ballers :)
