Clevite don't make a 7M bearing anymore :(
They're reboxed NDC's so it comes down to price, you might find NDC's in NDC boxes cheaper.
(NDC are a Japanese performance bearing and very good quality just don't have the egg shape tech of genuine Clevites)
Yes they're forged
Easy check is look at the parting lines Cast cranks will have a nice narrow ridge forged are usually a wide part line.
Jz are Forged and NO they won't fit a 7M.
The Cams will come with a timing tag
You will need a degree wheel and a long probe dial indicator on a magnetic base
You adjust them until the Tag matches the reading on the degree wheel

I have a well equipped machine shop here at home but I figure why spend an hour making something if I can buy it off the shelf and have it installed in seconds ;)
