7 blade fan goes on the fan clutch with the blue shaft
10 blade fan goes on the fan clutch with the orange shaft.
The 2 clutches are totally different due to the load the 10 blade fan puts on them, the smaller one won't work correctly with the 10 blade fan as it will slip constantly.
DBnO: I think by the time you actually Need/Use 1000cc's you'd be looking at staged Injectors for drivability, sorry I can't be more specific but I don't use petrol/gas here so haven't got any real world data.
If it's tuned correctly NO it won't use more fuel.....

It takes xx throttle percentage to maintain xx speed/power output the motor doesn't care if it has XX injectors or MAF sensor if the mixture is correct it will get the same economy right up until...
Plug a compressor into #5 at low pressure while it's at TDC on the compression stroke and listen for leakage at the manifolds this will confirm if it's a leaking valve or not.
The stock headbolts get a LOT of bad press when in reality they're very good parts.
ARP's can be reused.
