    yeah, but none of the gauges will work (well, the fuel guage will...) high tech power everything car mated to carbed... I'd pass... fuel inject it and get everything working right and make it look like it came in the engine bay stock, then you'll get my respect. Already seen enough SBC's...

    get a spindle nut socket, they seel em at any auto parts store (and will be MUCH cheaper than buying a socket that large from say craftsman...)

    had this issue before, depends on which year you have as the earlier years (I think) had a larger pulley. change came with PPS... the PS hose should be able to be stopped, if not...well, I had to zip mine oww with an impact, and it kinked the hose, the line is REALLY easy to replace...if...

    get good tint and use the visors they give you, doubt you'll have issues after that (except when the top is off...)

    say no to carbs!!! it won't be street legal in many areas, but throw fuel injection on it and it might... you also have to get the speedo working, ect... it's NOT going to be easy to get it done right...

    you cen eliminate the combination switch as being the cause byt jumpign the pins where the combination switch plugs in (they're all listed in the electrical parts diagrams...)

    Hella E-code housings are worth every single penny they cost, I have them myself, and once the HID's are in them they won't blind people like the cheap H4 housings... I don't need my fog lamps on with my E-codes, but I do anyways for the coolness factor (they're ALWAYS on) if I could get...

    but he wants to go turbo in the future, so most of the N/A mods won't carry over very well (cam profiles are different, high compression pistons aren't too smart, ect...)

    you mean the part that is actually driven by the timing belt? there was someone either on this forum or the other one that had one made of something much stronger since he was reving MUCH higher and had one come apart on him...

    recaro up until a few years ago still sold the exact seats that are in our cars... similar if not exactly the same recaros where in a lot of other cars as well (leather recaros came in rare f-bodies, recaro edition civics in japan IIRC, ect...)

    yes, but your forgetting they're really "blinders" which stops direct light from the bulb from shining out. you WILL blind oncoming drivers if you install HID's in a fog lamp thus modified, with mine out I light up trees above my car with my fog lamps, and I will be fabricating new blinders...

    that lead is supposed to change the color of them from white during the day to blue/red/green (depending on what gauges you got)
