the real relay you're looking for is the integration relay #2 that's about the size of a pack of cigarettes and it's right under the dash (it's blue) sounds like the issues I had, had to replace that damn box (went to the junkyard as it's expensive from the dealer)

no they're not, they're on the same line as the headlights fog lamps are low, and are angled in such a way as to not blind you... The baffle is really a "blinder" and is not there to stop the housing from melting. It MAY melt from 100watt bulbs though... Get the Hella E-code housings...
