yep, they have to be pressed per the TSRM... really sucks, but it's not too bad to have it done (had to change the axle bearings on my old truck, they had it done in a few hours...)

I run cooler than others with the stock gauge... not like it matters as you WILL have fluctuations in temps, it's completely normal...
